Named GP

By 31 March 2016 all practices are required to provide their patients (including children) with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that the surgery provides to them.

At Hoylake Road Medical Centre all patients have been registered to a named GP and they will be their GP with this responsibility.

This does not prevent you from seeing any GP of your choice in the practice as you currently do.

You do not need to take any further action, but if you do have any questions, or wish to discuss this further with us, please contact us on 0151 677 2425.
