IMPORTANT NOTICE – Please note from Monday 12th January 2026 we will no longer be accepting prescription requests over the phone. This includes every patient unless previously agreed by a GP. You must come in person with your repeat prescription slip or order on the NHS App.
This is to prevent any mistakes from happening and is safer for you, the patient.
The NHS app is quick and simple to use. If you’re having any issues with it, please let us know and one of our friendly practice staff will be able to help you.
